Grusha Sabharwal (b. 1995, New Delhi, India) is a multidisciplinary artist working across painting, ceramics, wood, and drawing. Her practice is rooted in material exploration and intuitive processes, investigating the relationship between the body, memory, and internal landscapes through sculptural and painterly forms. She received an MFA in Multidisciplinary Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where she was awarded the Graduate Merit Scholarship and completed the Certificate in the College Teaching of Art. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design from G.D. Goenka University and participated in an academic exchange program at Politecnico di Milano.

Sabharwal’s work has been exhibited at Maryland Art Place, the 71st Keisho Art Exhibition (Japan), The Sheila and Richard Riggs Gallery, Area 405, and Night Owl Gallery amongst others. Her practice has been featured in BmoreArt Magazine among the “Top 10 Exhibitions of 2024” and recognized by Artscapes India as Artist of the Week, alongside other critical and digital platforms.

Alongside her studio practice, she has worked as an artist-educator through academic and community-based initiatives, reflecting her commitment to accessibility, collaborative making, and art as a space for dialogue and creative inquiry.
